Representative Experience
Tate Hilmoe focuses on corporate and general "in-house" representation. He has extensive experience handling regulatory compliance for companies, asset purchases, secured financing, licensing and business dispute resolution.
Multi-state Investigations - Successfully represented a corporate debt buyer investigated by the Maryland Attorney General. He also represents companies during excise tax audits, which audits have included agencies from California and Illinois.
Mr. Hilmoe has represented Fortune 500 companies win over one million dollars in contract disputes.
Mr. Hilmoe's experience includes liquidating commercial real estate secured loans for US Bank, N.A. He also interned at the San Diego Unified Port Authority during law school.
